Theater Visual Identity, Poster & Outdoor Campaign
The Bear
The visual identity for Anton Chekhov’s “The Bear” is built around the play’s sharp shift between mourning, confrontation, and farce. The design translates that tonal reversal into a similarly direct visual language.

Approach
The story begins with a widow determined to remain in mourning, until a local landowner arrives to collect a debt and the situation quickly turns into something entirely different. The poster and campaign visuals use that collision of emotional states as their central device.
